Hosannah

Our first day of volunteers with Hosannah LC. It was a great start, installing trusses, building a wall, and starting the subfloor. It should be a great week.

It's Time

Finally starting the new house in Chaska.

A breif detour

This was a nice break from finishing buy backs. I got to spend a day with 3M framing a 5 plex in the North East part of the area.

Capitol Heights

This is the first of two houses that we are working on in St Paul. They are both older houses that TCHFH has purchased back from the buyers. We are doing a fairly quick update on both. This is one unit of a three-plex. I'll post on the other later. We have had a primarily had two of our regular crews on this house. They have done a great job.

Community of Peace Academy at Van Cleve

I really enjoyed working with the kids from CPA, they did a great job. They moved mountains of mulch and hung lots of drywall.

It's been a while

Ever since we finished in Savage, I've been on a couple of other projects. A five unit townhouse in Minneapolis, a couple of buy backs in St Paul. I am anxious to start my summer work which looks like a single family home in Chaska. Hopefully I'll do a better job of keeping up.
