This is the first of two houses that we are working on in St Paul. They are both older houses that TCHFH has purchased back from the buyers. We are doing a fairly quick update on both. This is one unit of a three-plex. I'll post on the other later. We have had a primarily had two of our regular crews on this house. They have done a great job.
